Then follow these steps:
1) Paste in the email that you used in PayPal to make your purchase
2) From your INITIAL VidSnatcher 2.0 Purchase, copy your Payment ID
NOTE: The ID will start with AP-xxxx, PT-xxxxx, OR ST-xxxxx
NOTE: if you reset to a personalized password, that is what you will use.
3) Paste this number in the PASSWORD area on your VidSnatcher 2.0 login page
4) Once you have logged in, you may change your password
